Adventures in Wonderland is a 60-minute show. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to show time to confirm your attendance.

Availability of food and beverages varies with each experience and is as advertised.

Participants attending the evening shows will receive a complimentary mocktail or cocktail at the conclusion of the performance. Finger food and Wonderland cocktails and mocktails will be available for purchase.

During Matinee performances there will be an opportunity to purchase items from the onsite cakery stand at the end of the performance.

As this event is an interactive event moving through a variety of scenes with twists, turns, and steps we are unable to cater for participants with limited mobility.

Pushchairs cannot be taken into the experience. If the pushchair is foldable then we will be able to store it for you while you are in Wonderland.

No. By law smoking is not allowed in the venue.

We are offering sessions where our guides will use New Zealand Sign Language (NZSL). Please look for (NZSL) in the event title if you would like to attend a performance with NZSL.

One room on the Eat Me path is darkened. There are no scary rooms on the journey through Wonderland so the experience is suitable for all ages.

All participants attending our Evening performances must be over 16 years of age.

As you will be standing and moving throughout the theatre it is recommended that participants are over 2 years of age for the Matinee shows.

The audience is given a choice during the show – ‘Eat’ or ‘Drink’. Your choice will determine your path through Wonderland. If you are attending with a child please decide together which path you would like to take so you are not separated from each other.

Ticketing

YES. Tickets sell out very quickly for our events. No ticket sales are available on event days.

Ticket prices vary depending on the experience and are sold on a per attendee basis. There are no family ticket options available.

Adventures in Wonderland Matinee: Child (2-13 years old) $40 per person, Adult (14+ years) $55 per person
For safety reasons all children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a supervising, paying adult.

Adventures in Wonderland Evening (R16): $67 per person

There are no discounts for our experiences. Tickets can only be purchased through our website or Eventbrite page. No ticket outlets or companies can legally sell tickets.

Groups wishing to attend the show together should purchase under the same order and show time. Tickets are limited to 30 per show.

Unfortunately no, there are no Wait Lists.

In the event that a participant wishes to change their ticket to an alternate time or date this will only be possible if availability is confirmed by On Track Events. All ticket changes attract an administration fee of $5 per ticket.

Adventures in Wonderland is an immersive theatre experience where you will weave your way through Wonderland. There is no seating plan for this event.

Tickets are emailed, these should be presented at our ticket office 15 minutes prior to your scheduled show time. Please be prepared to show a copy of your confirmation email and a valid photo ID. You can use your Eventbrite app to show your tickets on your phone.
