Refunds & Conditions of Attendance
When a booking is accepted attendees are bound by the conditions of attendance.
Heart of Kapiti Ltd and venue owners accept no responsibility for loss or damage to attendees and their belongings.
The organisers accept no responsibility for variations to any start or finish times. However, every attempt will be made to keep attendees fully informed of any alterations to the schedule.
In the event of cancellation by intending attendees, no refunds will be made.
All sales are final and no refunds given.
In the event that an attendee wishes to change their ticket to an alternate time or date this will only be possible if availability is confirmed by On Track Events. All ticket changes attract an administration fee of $5 per ticket.
Terms and Conditions of Attendance
Heart of Kapiti LTD (On Track Events)
ALL bookings are non-refundable
All attendees must be in possession of a valid ticket. Tickets are valid for the event of issue only.
All bookings require validation 15 minutes prior to the scheduled show time.
No person shall attempt or do any act which may risk his/her own safety, the safety of any other person, or the safe operation of Adventures in Wonderland. Any request or direction by a representative of the On Track Events Staff must be followed.
On Track Events reserves the right to refuse entry to any person.
On Track Events assumes no responsibility whatsoever to any person for loss, damage, or injury, to property, chattels, apparel or persons, however caused, including consequential claims and expenses.
All children aged 13 years or younger must be accompanied by an adult/ parent/care-giver, who are reminded of their obligations to adequately supervise and control those in their care.
Smoking is prohibited in any building, at any time.
Disabled passengers: Due to the nature of this event it is not possible to participate whist seated in a wheelchair.
No person shall deposit or discard any litter except in the receptacles provided for the purpose.
Purchase Terms and Conditions
Payment via Credit Card / Debit Card
Orders are placed using the credit card payment method through a secure payment portal. We do not store or have direct access to your credit card details.
Payment will be in New Zealand dollars.
Payment by direct bank deposit – all orders must be paid within 5 days of the order placement. If payment is not made in this timeframe tickets will be cancelled and released into inventory. Tickets will not be released until funds are cleared into the bank account of Heart of Kapiti Ltd.
All prices listed on this website are in New Zealand dollars and includes GST.
Tickets are all delivered via email. Pre-purchased merchandise can be collected at the event on the day with proof of purchase.
Should any event be cancelled, postponed or otherwise adversely impacted as a result of a force majeure event, there shall be no refunds for payments already received by On Track Events, but On Track Events will use all reasonable efforts to work with Clients to produce the Event at a later date if necessary, subject to venue availability, and a substitute venue may be used by On Track Events on the rescheduled date(s). Additional fees may be incurred and payable to On Track Events and/or Event Vendors as a result of a rescheduled event.
Except where otherwise expressly stated in these booking conditions, neither we nor any Third Party Supplier can accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by or you otherwise suffer any damage or loss as a result of force majeure. In these booking conditions, ‘force majeure’ means any event which we / the supplier of the service(s) in question / the Third Party Supplier could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include, whether actual or threatened, war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, epidemics, fire and all similar events outside the control of the party concerned.
